Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our R&D and Operations

team. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of Operational Excellence

Solutions, gaining comprehensive knowledge. This role is designed to groom you in the area of Knowledge

Development and prepare you for future project assignments, ensuring you are well-equipped with the

necessary skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the assimilation of knowledge on content topics related to Operational Excellence

Solutions.

• Participate in knowledge development activities, gaining essential insights for project deployment.

• Assist in maintaining and organizing the company’s knowledge repository, ensuring resources are

up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with Operations teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Aid in the creation of technical content, such as manuals, guides, and training materials, by

gathering information from subject matter experts.

• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform

knowledge development.

• Analyse research findings to provide insights for enhancing operational efficiency and excellence.

• Support the implementation of innovative solutions that improve operational processes.

• Work closely with senior team members to learn and apply industry best practices and

methodologies.

• Participate in knowledge development activities, gaining exposure to essential learnings required

for project deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electrical and Telecom) from a

recognized university.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
