Location: Nadakkavu, Calicut Company: Overseas Education Firm Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description: A well-established Overseas Education Firm in Nadakkavu, Calicut is looking for a passionate and energetic German Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing engaging, high-quality instruction to students preparing for education abroad. The role involves conducting online and offline classes , retaining students , and increasing participation in webinars and sessions through impactful teaching and communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct German language classes (online and offline) from beginner to advanced levels. Design and deliver interactive lessons that promote student retention and satisfaction . Use effective communication and teaching strategies to increase student enrollment in webinars and regular classes. Encourage active participation and ensure consistent attendance. Track student progress and provide regular feedback and motivation. Work with the academic and marketing teams to align goals for student success and program growth. Help in organizing and promoting language webinars, workshops, and demo sessions . Requirements: German Language Qualification: C2 level (completed or currently studying). Strong communication skills in German and English . Energetic, student-friendly, and proactive teaching approach. Ability to handle both individual learners and group classes effectively. Tech-savvy with familiarity in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Preferred: Experience teaching German or working in the education or overseas consultancy space. Ability to support and guide students planning to study abroad. Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance) .
