Job Description Position: Project Operations Officer/specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project operations (Financial) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the smooth and efficient day-to-day Project operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to Project Financials, Process improvement, Data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Project Financials - Invoicing and Financial Hygiene Understand customer nuances German customer requirements and process Analyze Project financials processes and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with CFTs and implement solutions to optimize efficiency Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress Interpret/understand German documents – Basic level proficiency Provide administrative support to the Delivery Team as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Work Experience 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills: Proficiency: MS Excel (pivot tables, Data visualization etc.) Expertise in Project Management applications and platforms – MS Project. German Language A1 level (Beginners) Proven organizational skills, including time management and prioritization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with accountability Excellent verbal and written communication – English Attention to detail with strong data analysis skills. Degree: Bachelor’s in commerce or business administration Location: Bangalore, India.
