Our mission is to empower individuals through effective language training, and we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time German Trainer to join our team and help students achieve their language goals.The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging German language classes in alignment with the prescribed curriculum. This includes tailoring teaching methods to diverse learning styles, assessing student progress, and preparing learners for international exams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, submitting session reports, and providing personalized feedback and support. Instructors are expected to collaborate with the team, stay updated on modern teaching practices, use company-provided materials, and handle all student and organizational information with confidentiality. Full-Time: German Trainer (Offline) Location: Kochi Responsibilities -Deliver German language lessons as per the provided curriculum and lesson plans. -Customize teaching methods to suit various learning styles and student needs. -Evaluate student performance and provide actionable feedback. -Prepare students for international language examinations. -Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress. -Submit session reports in the prescribed format. -Create a dynamic and motivating classroom environment. -Collaborate with the team on schedules and student updates. -Stay current with teaching methodologies and tools. -Use only company-approved learning materials. -Maintain confidentiality of student and organizational information. Qualification : C1+ level certification or a Master’s degree (MA) in German. Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply (Candidates with teaching work experience will be given preference) Technical Skills : Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
