What Youll Do

Design and run growth experiments across channels to drive qualified leads.
Apply both

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

and traditional

SEO

to boost visibility in search.
Plan, execute, and optimize

paid social campaigns

(Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and test content creation strategies that increase engagement and conversions.
Track performance using analytics tools, report insights, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate with product and content teams to align growth with customer needs.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a growth hacker, digital marketer, or performance marketer.
Fluent English

written and spoken.
Hands-on SEO expertise, with knowledge of

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

approaches.
Strong grasp of

social media advertising

and campaign optimization.
Content creation skills (copywriting, creatives, short-form video, or similar).
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Self-starter who can move fast and work independently.Role & responsibilities

Salary: 4 to 14 Lacs per annum depending on experience.
