Required Technical Skill Set:

Must have:

• 5-7 years of experience in architecting, positioning and delivering data science and machine learning
• Experience with Supervised and Unsupervised learning algorithms, good to have experience on Classification algorithms
• Experience with Document Type classifier, Pattern matching and PII identification
• Hands on experience in model training, drift detection and feature generation
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Expertise in LLMs, transformer architectures, and generative modeling.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and deployment on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG systems, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed computing.
• Ability to identify network attacks and systemic security issues as they relate to threats and vulnerabilities, with focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation
• Dev-ops and application security & data security experience
• Securing highly available internet banking application

Roles &

• Model Development & Deployment

• Design and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, GANs).
• Implement inference pipelines for real-time and batch generation.
• Build APIs and interfaces for model integration into applications.

• Data & Training Pipelines

• Develop scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation.
• Optimize model performance and reduce computational costs.
• Monitor and address bias, hallucination, and reliability issues.

• Collaboration & Integration

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI into products.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with research and contribute to experimentation.

• Security & Compliance

• Implement privacy-preserving techniques (e.g., differential privacy, federated learning).
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
