We're looking for a Generative AI Specialist to help build intelligent systems that transform the way healthcare professionals learn and practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Diffusion, LLMs, etc.).
• Design AI-driven features for medical simulation and educational platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world training tools.
• Conduct prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in generative AI.
• Ensure ethical and effective use of AI technologies in healthcare simulation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with generative models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, and model deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in computer vision or text-to-image/video models.
• Exposure to healthcare/edtech domains.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Background in simulation or immersive tech is a plus.
