Job Description

We are seeking a talented

Generative AI Engineer

to join our

Enterprise AI team

. As a Generative AI Engineer, he/she will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying AI models capable of generating high-quality, realistic content. He/She will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to innovate in the space of

natural language processing (NLP)

AI-driven creative tools

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Model Development

Design, build, and train generative models (e.g.,
GPT, GANs, VAEs
) for text, image, and multimedia generation
Fine-tune existing pre-trained models to improve performance for specific applications
Explore and implement novel generative AI architectures and techniques

2. Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering

Collect and preprocess large-scale datasets required for training generative models
Perform data augmentation and transformation techniques to enhance model robustness

3. Model Evaluation and Optimization

Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models for optimal results
Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and performance in production environments

4. Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams including
product managers, UX/UI designers, and data engineers
to deliver AI-powered products and features
Partner with the research team to integrate the latest advancements in AI into production models

5. Deployment and Maintenance

Develop scalable pipelines for deploying models to production
Continuously monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and ethical standards

6. Innovation and Research

Stay up to date with the latest research in AI and machine learning, particularly in
generative AI
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company at conferences and workshops

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in
Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
, or a related field (
PhD is a plus
)
3+ years
of experience in
AI/ML development
with a focus on
generative models
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
Hands-on experience with
large language models (LLMs), GANs, VAEs
, or similar technologies
Strong programming skills in
Python
and experience with libraries such as
NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy
Experience with
cloud platforms
(
AWS, GCP, Azure
) for training and deploying AI models
Familiarity with
prompt engineering
, fine-tuning large pre-trained models, and creating scalable pipelines
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
