Your Role As a Generative AI Engineer at GrowthJockey, you’ll be a core part of our AI team, contributing to the development of models and tools that power real-world GenAI use cases—across content, marketing, automation, and beyond. You’ll get hands-on experience deploying cutting-edge AI at scale in a fast-moving, venture-building environment. What You'll Do Build, fine-tune, and experiment with large language models and other generative models (LLMs, diffusion, etc.) Work with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, and Pinecone to develop AI-powered apps and tools Prototype and iterate on product features using prompt engineering and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI products into production Stay on the bleeding edge of GenAI trends, tools, and research What We’re Looking For 0–1 years of hands-on experience (internships or personal projects count!) Strong proficiency in Python and an understanding of machine learning fundamentals Exposure to LLMs or generative models via coursework, open-source, or independent work Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc. Interest in building production-grade AI solutions, not just experiments Show more Show less
