Job Description

Hi, We are looking for AI TRAINER for Bangalore location. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 8-10 years of professional experience in the technology industry, with a focus on AI/ML/Gen AI development and deployment. • Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering technical training programs with practical use cases • Deep understanding of AI/Gen AI concepts, algorithms, and tools, including machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models. • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models, including experience with fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models. • Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows, developing AI Agents, benchmarking and finetuning LLMs • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points: • Experience working with tech companies/startups and having developed AI products. • Certifications in AI/ML. • Contributions to open-source AI projects. Show more Show less
