We are looking for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. If you have strong fundamentals or have done projects in RAG, AI agents, or LLMs, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn, design, and assist in building Gen AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agent workflows.
• Work on vector search, embeddings, retrieval workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Support development of Agentic AI applications (LangGraph or similar).
• Experiment with and fine-tune open-source LLMs and multimodal models.
• Assist in evaluating Gen AI performance and preparing benchmarking reports.
• Troubleshoot and debug workflow issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for deployment, testing, and integration.

Must-Have Skills (Freshers)

• Strong interest or academic background in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Basic understanding of RAG concepts, embeddings, vector databases, or LLMs.
• Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience through projects or internships is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and ML frameworks preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to LangChain / LangGraph, RAG workflows, or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, GPT-OSS, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Interest in DevOps/CI-CD for AI workflows.
• Awareness of AI safety and best practices.
