                                Role Overview: As a Lead GenAI Architect at Cognizant AI Labs (CAIL), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge solutions in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). You will be responsible for engaging with CxO-level stakeholders, providing thought leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting feasibility assessments, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency in GenAI solution design.  Key Responsibilities: - Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and demonstrate the strategic value of Generative AI solutions. - Share insights, trends, and best practices in the Generative AI landscape across industries to provide thought leadership. - Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, SMEs, and business leaders to identify, design, and pilot high-impact GenAI use cases. - Conduct feasibility assessments for use cases, including technical viability, risk analysis, and ROI evaluation. - Drive architecture decisions balancing build vs. buy vs. boost strategies and ensure scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency in GenAI solution design. - Develop and maintain end-to-end GenAI architectural strategies on modern cloud-native and hybrid platforms. - Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, toolkits, APIs, and platforms aligning with business needs and technology standards. - Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks associated with GenAI solution design and deployment. - Review solution architectures and implementation plans to meet performance, security, compliance, and maintainability requirements. - Define governance and monitoring frameworks to track GenAI model performance, usage patterns, ethical considerations, and reliability over time. - Foster a culture of scientific inquiry, encouraging hypothesis-driven development and data-backed decision-making in GenAI experimentation. - Develop internal knowledge assets and champion responsible AI practices.  Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. - Proven experience in architecting and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence. - Strong understanding of AI platforms, tools, and frameworks, with the ability to recommend suitable options based on client needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with CxO level executives and articulate complex technical concepts in a business context. - Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of AI solutions. - Knowledge of responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.,
