Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI and Automation Expert located in New Delhi. The expert will be responsible for developing and implementing automation processes, troubleshooting automation issues, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and innovate processes using generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Automation and Automation
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in creating and executing Test Cases
• Quality Assurance expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with generative AI technologies is a plus
