General Physician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video and telephonic consultations with patients through the 

  MyKare platform

  .
• Handle patient queries, doubts, and follow-ups with clarity and empathy.
• Address all 

  medical inquiries

   within defined 

  turnaround times (TAT)

  .
• Assess symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice and next steps.
• Support 

  post-surgical follow-ups

   and deliver tailored 

  patient education

   for recovery.
• Accurately 

  document all consultations

   and maintain up-to-date 

  digital health records

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams—

  care coordinators, specialists, and operations

  —to ensure seamless patient care.
• Collaborate with the 

  product team

   by sharing feedback and insights from patient interactions to improve app features, workflows, and overall user experience.
• Uphold high standards of 

  clinical accuracy, data confidentiality,

   and ensure a 

  positive patient experience

   in every interaction.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree

   from a recognized medical institution.

• Valid registration

   with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council.
• Strong 

  decision-making skills

   and 

  empathetic communication

   abilities.
• Comfort with 

  digital tools, EMR systems,

   and online consultation platforms.
