Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate

Location: Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow

Salary: ₹55,000 - ₹75,000 per month

Experience: 6-12 years

Job Summary:

We are hiring a General Manager to drive real estate sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 6-12 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business and growth strategies.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and ROI.
• Oversee property operations, compliance, and asset performance.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Build relationships with investors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate trends and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in luxury or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
