General Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production operations across

  1000+ machines

  , ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Oversee the

  entire production lifecycle from Cut to Pack

  , ensuring smooth workflow and on-time execution.
• Drive excellence in

  woven garment (bottoms)

  production with focus on quality and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and lean manufacturing practices.
  
• Manage and mentor a large workforce, including managers, supervisors, and operators.
  
• Collaborate with merchandising, quality, sourcing, and planning teams for seamless execution.
  
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships to support operational goals.
  
• Report to senior leadership on performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Qualification:

  B.Tech in Textile Engineering.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  17 years

  of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 to 7 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong background in

  woven garments (bottoms preferred)

  , with experience handling

  1000/1200 machines

  .
• Proven ability to handle

  end-to-end operations (Cut to Pack)

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
