Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Site Security Planning

• Implement security strategies to protect assets, land, and personnel, especially during the construction phase.
• Prevent unauthorized access, encroachments, theft, and sabotage.
• Maintain 24x7 perimeter integrity using layered physical and tech-based controls.
  

Construction & Material Oversight

• Ensure secure movement/storage of high-value materials, equipment, and contractor personnel.
• Coordinate with project teams for operational discipline and security compliance.
• Enforce entry/exit protocols with full documentation and verification.
  

Access Control & Surveillance

• Implement biometric access systems, RFID vehicle tagging, visitor management tools.
• Establish a centralized Command & Control Centre with live CCTV and intrusion detection.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure system reliability and coverage.
  

Outsourced Security Manpower Management

• Supervise performance of outsourced security personnel.
• Define/enforce SLAs with vendors including KPIs and accountability.
• Regularly review, inspect, and audit vendor performance and compliance.
  

Emergency Preparedness & Incident Response

• Develop protocols for fire, medical emergencies, protests, sabotage, and natural disasters.
• Conduct drills, briefings, and evacuation exercises.
• Investigate all security breaches and prepare structured reports.
  

Liaison & Compliance

• Liaise with local police, fire departments, government officials, and law enforcement.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal governance.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Retired Armed Forces Officer (Colonel or equivalent rank)
• Experience managing outsourced security operations and vendor SLAs
• Strong command of modern surveillance systems and access control tech
• Tactical thinking and high operational discipline
• Leadership in high-pressure environments
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong ethics, integrity, and mission-driven approach
