Role Overview:

General Manager – Quick Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall

  Quick Commerce business strategy

  aligned with company objectives.
• Lead partnerships and negotiations with major

  Quick Commerce platforms

  (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
• Drive

  sales growth

  , visibility, and profitability across all online retail partners.
• Manage

  P&L

  , pricing, promotions, assortment, and stock availability for all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – marketing, supply chain, and operations – to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Analyze

  data and consumer insights

  to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team for quick commerce channel management.
  
• Ensure consistent brand presence and customer experience across digital touchpoints.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years

  of experience in FMCG, with at least

  5 years in e-commerce or quick commerce

  channels.
• Proven experience in managing online distribution and sales growth.
  
• Strong understanding of

  digital merchandising, demand planning, and analytics

  .
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• MBA or Postgraduate in Marketing / Operations preferred.
