General Manager - Sales (Hyundai Dealership)

Position: General Manager – Sales for Our New Hyundai Showroom at Sambalpur, Odisha.
Reporting To: Dealer Principal / MD
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in automobile sales, with 5+ years as GM, Sales.
Age Range: 35–50 years
Location Preference: Odisha or nearby states (Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets
• Manage new car, used car & exchange operations
• Ensure Hyundai Sales Process (HSPI) compliance
• Lead a team of Team Leaders, Sales Consultants, CREs, TLs
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, Exchange & Digital Leads
• Track lead management system (Hyundai DMS) & digital inquiries
• Improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Plan marketing activities, roadshows & rural campaigns
• Liaison with Hyundai regional office for target vs. achievement
• Recruitment, training, motivation, and performance review of the sales team

Salary Range: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month + Incentives + Perks (based on experience)
