Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Food & Beverage, Operations, Hygiene, and Maintenance departments.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with strong administrative and leadership control.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and marketing promotions to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage artists, events, and live performances with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Supervise liquor operations, bar management, and food/liquor festival events.
  • Lead team building, training, and staff performance development.
  • Sales Enhancement and revenue targets through strategic planning, execution and targets variables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in restaurant, club, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operations, marketing, and sales growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in event management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain high service and operational standards under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
