Role & responsibilities

Financial Management & Cost Control

  • Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial performance of the organization.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure resources are allocated optimally for business success.

Operations & Project Delivery

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all functions.
  • Monitor timely execution and quality delivery of projects.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and guide department heads and cross-functional teams.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with accountability and integrity.
  • Encourage teamwork, professional development, and ethical practices.

Stakeholder & Compliance Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and industry regulations.
  • Present business performance reports and recommendations to senior management/board.

Site Planning & Site Visits

  • Oversee site planning activities to align projects with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Construction Activity Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate various construction activities and trades.
  • Ensure all construction works meet project specifications, quality requirements, and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in Management, Finance, Operations, or equivalent professional degree.

  • 16-18 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 57 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, planning, and execution.
  • High financial acumen with strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving orientation.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Commitment to ethical practices, transparency, and accountability.
