Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Direct the day-to-day activities of all hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.
Guest Satisfaction: Implement strategies to provide exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and develop hotel staff to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer service.
Strategic Planning: Set the hotel's vision and strategic goals, working with department heads to create plans and monitor progress towards them.
Marketing & Sales: Oversee marketing and demand generation efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintenance & Facilities: Ensure hotel facilities are clean, well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
