Position Summary: Aeon Building Solutions is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional marketing, sales support, and market research, with an ability to build and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, promote our products, and generate leads. As part of a growing company specializing in industrial waterproofing solutions, this role requires an individual who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on building brand awareness and driving sales growth for Aeon Building Solutions. Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing strategies. Brand Promotion : Manage the promotion of Aeon Building Solutions’ product range including waterproofing solutions, heat reflective coatings, and protective coatings across various channels (print, events, partnerships, etc.). Sales Support : Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral to help them engage potential clients and close sales. Event Planning and Coordination : Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and network with potential clients. Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring consistent communication about product offerings, updates, and benefits. Advertising & Campaigns : Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to run advertising campaigns (print, radio, etc.) targeting relevant markets and sectors. Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Aeon’s waterproofing products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and advantages to customers. Reporting & Analytics : Track the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns, and events, and provide regular reports on ROI and suggestions for improvement. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and product offerings. Qualifications: Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in traditional marketing or sales support roles, preferably in the construction, industrial, or related sectors. Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with event planning and coordination. Knowledge of traditional marketing channels (print, trade shows, media advertising, etc.). Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additional : Experience in the building materials or construction industry is an advantage.
