General Manager Purchasing

As a General Manager at Moonlight Mushroom, you will play a crucial role in leading daily operations, managing production, and coordinating expansion efforts across North India. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of all active farms and production units, ensuring consistent quality and volume of mushroom production to meet sales demand. You will work closely with the Sales Head to align production with market needs and provide regular updates to management on operations, expansion, and output. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee operations of all active farms and production units. - Coordinate with the Onboarding Head for execution of new Joint Production Agreements. - Support expansion by identifying and onboarding farms for production or purchase. - Ensure consistent quality and volume of mushroom production to meet sales demand. - Work closely with the Sales Head to align production with market needs. - Provide regular updates to management on operations, expansion, and output. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture/farm operations (mushroom sector preferred). - Strong coordination, team leadership, and strategic execution skills. - Experience working with rural producers, agri supply chains, and operational planning. - Based at HQ: Jabhala, Assandh, Karnal with readiness to travel across North India.,
