The Senior Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing communication with potential clients, and engaging in sales activities. The role also involves preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in preparing and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs) Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
