General Manager - Plant

As a General Manager Plant at Vilas Transcore Limited, located in Ganapatpura (Karjan), just 20 KMS from Vadodara, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing facility specializing in components for the power distribution and transmission sector. Your primary focus will be on production management, operational efficiency, and team leadership to ensure smooth plant operations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management. Your proven track record of effectively managing a manufacturing plant, coupled with strong leadership and team management skills, will be essential. Your problem-solving abilities, understanding of production processes, and experience in budget management and cost control will further contribute to your success in this position. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence and production management by optimizing productivity and implementing best practices.
