Job Description:

• Search for vendors in local & international markets
• Handle budgeting & cost-control activities
• Plan production, monitor workflow & implement performance strategies
• Manage inventory levels & stock control
• Lead the team & oversee daily factory operations
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion
• Represent company owners in meetings whenever required
• Organize local & international fairs for product promotion

Requirements:

• Qualification: Engineering degree or Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in manufacturing or similar industry
• Strong leadership, planning & communication skills
• Ability to manage teams, production processes & vendor relations
