General Manager- Interior Fitouts

In this role as a General Manager - Operations at Livspace, your main focus will be on leading a team of Operations Leads to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with project timelines. Your responsibilities will also include managing internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams to provide the necessary support for meeting customer timelines and quality standards. - Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues within committed timelines and ensuring successful project completion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution and support your team members in problem-solving. - Be a people manager, empowering the existing team and recruiting top talents to strengthen the regional team. - Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards to deliver a consistent customer experience. - Responsible for Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and quick resolution of customer escalations. Qualifications and Expertise: - Preferred qualifications include NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM or Tier 1 B-schools. - 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations within similar industries. - Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting experience. - Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills. - Structured thought process and strong analytical ability. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience in managing strategic alliances and business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.,
