Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Develop budgets, forecast revenue, manage expenses, and set sales targets to ensure the hotel's profitability.
Ensure guests have a positive experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and upholding high standards of service and cleanliness.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
Develop and implement strategic goals for the hotel, which can include marketing, revenue management, and service improvements.
