Role Overview: As a General Manager for the Honda Showroom and Service Center in Cuttack, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and efficiently manage the service department. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth business operations and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the showroom and service center to ensure efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer retention. - Lead and manage a team of sales executives, service advisors, and technicians. - Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. - Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. - Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance. - Collaborate with the marketing teams to promote showroom offerings. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in automobile sales and service management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize business performance. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Honda vehicles and service processes is a plus.
