As the General Manager for Automobile Sales & Service at our Honda Showroom & Service Center in Cuttack, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily activities, enhancing sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and efficiently handling the service department. Your key duties will involve supervising the showroom and service center, devising strategies to boost sales and retain customers, leading a team of sales executives, service advisors, and technicians, maintaining high levels of customer service, monitoring financial performance, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, addressing customer complaints effectively, providing staff training sessions, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote showroom offerings. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in automobile sales and service management. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze financial reports, prioritize customer satisfaction, and resolve issues efficiently. Knowledge of Honda vehicles and service processes would be advantageous.
