**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As part of Hygenco, you will be driving India's green transition in a hypergrowth venture. Your main responsibilities will include architecting market entry strategies, building high-impact customer partnerships, and securing large-scale projects to accelerate the pan-India expansion in the rapidly evolving green hydrogen ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute pan-India Go-To-Market strategies for green hydrogen onsite solutions. - Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value projects through industrial market scanning and stakeholder mapping. - Own end-to-end business development for target accounts from value proposition design to contract negotiation and closure. - Lead techno-commercial discussions, structuring deals (BOO/BOOT models). - Align with Engineering, Operations, and Projects teams to deliver integrated customer solutions. - Track customer and competitor activity, emerging technologies to refine business strategy. - Regularly update leadership on market progress, pipeline maturity. **Qualification Required:** - 15-20 years of experience in consulting, industrial gases (e.g. hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon) with exposure to long-term contracting. - BE/BTech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (mandatory). - MBA or PG degree.
