Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and F&B.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate wellness retreats and ensure seamless guest experiences.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the property.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality sector.
