Role Overview

General Manager – Finance / CFO

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, budgeting, taxation, and audits.
Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior management to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and reporting systems.
Manage financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
Lead fundraising, and banking relationships.
Drive cost optimization and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development and high performance.
Partner with business heads to evaluate new projects, M&A opportunities, and capital allocation.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (or equivalent professional qualification).
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven track record in corporate finance, financial restructuring, and strategic advisory.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
