The company has over 500 Dealers and Retailer across these markets and also caters to large infra and Government projects in the South Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of ERP systems across Manufacturing, Sales, and CRM modules. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, conduct testing, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to live operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with department heads in Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service to understand current workflows and business needs. Analyze and document functional requirements, pain points, and process improvement areas. 2. ERP Configuration & Customization: Configure ERP modules (Manufacturing, Sales, CRM) according to business requirements. Customize forms, workflows, and reports in collaboration with the technical team or ERP vendor. Set up Master Data including BOM, Routings, Customer records, Sales processes, etc. 3. Project Implementation: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP rollouts. Coordinate with vendors, internal IT, and functional teams during implementation. Facilitate data migration from legacy systems. 4. Testing & Validation: Design and execute test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues. 5. Training & Change Management: Provide go-live support and post-implementation troubleshooting. Promote user adoption and manage change across departments. 6. Ongoing Support & Optimization: Monitor ERP performance and suggest improvements or new features. Coordinate periodic updates or upgrades with the ERP vendor. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with business process mapping and change management Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Educational & Professional Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration. 37 years of relevant ERP implementation experience in manufacturing or B2B sales industries.
