Job Description

Windoorstech, a leading manufacturer of UPVC and aluminum windows and doors, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations, sales, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the fenestration industry, specifically in UPVC and aluminum window and door manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery. Lead production teams, monitor production schedules, and resolve any operational challenges. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales strategies to expand the market presence of Windoorstechs products. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and dealers. Develop pricing strategies and identify new sales channels. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of department heads and employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Product Development & Quality Control: Work closely with R&D and quality control teams to ensure the companys products meet industry standards and customer requirements. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term business strategies for market growth, product innovation, and improving customer satisfaction Qualifications: Proven experience in UPVC and aluminum windows and doors manufacturing and sales. Strong leadership and management skills with a track record in operations and business growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
