General Manager - Factory Operations

As the General Manager overseeing factory operations at a wedding decorative products factory in Delhi, near Rohini, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production, effective inventory management, and timely delivery of products. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing labor and production activities, you will be responsible for leading a team of at least 100 workers to meet production targets and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily operations, overseeing a team of 100+ workers to meet production targets. - Coordinate production processes to maintain quality standards and delivery schedules. - Address workforce needs and resolve operational or staffing issues promptly. - Supervise inventory processes, ensuring adequate stocking and efficient management. - Maintain production and inventory records using Excel. - Collaborate with procurement for timely material availability and vendor management. - Drive operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions for workforce development. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. - Report production updates and key metrics to senior management regularly. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management. - Bachelor's degree; manufacturing or operations focus preferred. - Proficiency in Excel for production tracking and inventory management. - Experience in storekeeping or inventory management in a factory setting. - Ability to manage large teams and collaborate cross-functionally. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Male candidates with own vehicle, based in Delhi (preferably around Rohini).
