We are looking for a dynamic and result- oriented General Manager - Factory to lead operations at our food manufacturing unit. The role requires strong leadership in production, quality, supply chain, compliance, and team management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee end-to-end factory operations.
Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
Drive cost optimization, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Leed and mentor factory teams
REQUIREMENTS:
15+ years of experience in food/FMCG manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
