Job Description

As an experienced Facility Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations at Kanakapura road. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining facilities such as STP, WTP, DG, and swimming pool - Analyzing and improving organizational processes - Enhancing quality, productivity, and efficiency - Preparing reports including MMR and MIS reports To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management - Age group of 45+ years - BE/B.Tech in EEE with computer skills and soft service knowledge - Proficient in English communication and basic software knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel) - Technical knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, swimming pool maintenance Additionally, you should possess a 2 wheeler with a license, and this position is open to male candidates only. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence in person at the work location. Your role as an operations manager will be crucial in contributing to the success of the management team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facilities.,
