Job Description

You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management specifically. Your age should be 45 years or above. The required qualification is BE/B.Tech EEE with Computer Skills and Soft service knowledge. It is essential to possess good communication skills in English along with basic software knowledge including MS Office, MS Excel, checklist, MMR report, and MIS report preparation. Having technical knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, and Swimming pool maintenance is a must for this role. As an operations manager, you will be a vital part of the management team and responsible for overseeing and analyzing organizational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency. A valid 2-wheeler license is required, and only male candidates will be considered for this position. The job location is Kanakapura road, and it is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
