🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee and drive strategic, high-impact operations across our hospital and OP center network. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in multi-unit healthcare leadership and a hands-on approach to operations, quality care, and organizational growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead day-to-day operations across 8+ hospitals and 11 OP centers

✅ Standardize processes, drive patient care quality & compliance

✅ Strategize and implement operational improvements for scalability

✅ Manage budgets, financials & resource allocation across branches

✅ Build and lead strong local leadership teams

✅ Ensure smooth expansion in new geographies (Chennai, Coimbatore & beyond)

✅ Drive key KPIs in patient satisfaction, engagement & service delivery

🔹 Desired Profile:

✔️ Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles managing hospital networks (5+ locations)

✔️ Proven success in healthcare operations, preferably with Ayurveda/Naturopathy background

✔️ Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills

✔️ Visionary mindset with on-ground execution capability
