Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GM/DGM – Operations with a strong background in MEP project execution and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project operations, resource management, quality assurance, and coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth workflow.
• Review and approve project schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle client communication, project reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Mentor and lead site teams for performance and productivity improvement.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across project operations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP operations within infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
