Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee

  end-to-end construction operations

  across all assigned projects.
• Manage

• Prepare and monitor

• Ensure construction work follows approved

• Supervise

  RCC works

  Mivan formwork

  , blockwork/masonry, waterproofing, finishing & faade activities.
• Conduct regular

  site inspections

  for progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with

  architects

  ,

  structural consultants

  ,

  MEP teams

  , vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor

  project budgets

  ,

  cost variations

  , and implement

  value engineering

  solutions.
• Ensure timely

  procurement

  of materials (steel, cement, aluminium formwork, waterproofing materials).
• Verify

  contractor bills

  , measurements, and documentation.
• Drive adherence to

  safety protocols

  ,

  quality benchmarks

  , and

  regulatory norms

  .
• Identify

  project risks

  , delays, technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate

  MIS reports

  , cycle-time analysis, quality reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure all

  statutory approvals

  , documentation, and compliances are maintained.
• Represent the project in

  management reviews

  and stakeholder meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• 20-25 years

  of experience in construction management with strong exposure to

  RCC

  ,

  Mivan / Aluminium Formwork

  , and

  high-rise projects

  .
• Minimum

  5-7 years

  in a senior role such as

  GM / Project Head

  .
• Proven experience managing

  multi-tower

  ,

  high-rise (25-40+ floors)

  luxury projects.

• Strong knowledge of:

• RCC & structural engineering

• Mivan formwork methodology

• Concrete quality control

  & mix design

• Waterproofing, finishing, faade works

• MEP coordination

• Safety protocols for high-rise construction
