Roles and Responsibilities Manage site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. Oversee construction management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering works. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized university. M.Tech degree in Civil preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of successful project delivery with expertise in vendor development and site operations.
