General Management Internship

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven General Management Interns to support various operational, administrative, and coordination tasks. This internship is designed to offer practical exposure to real organizational functions while allowing interns to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A 3-MONTH UNPAID INTERNSHIP

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily management and operational activities.

Support social media marketing tasks, including content planning, and engagement.

Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews and orientations for various roles.

Create posters and promotional materials using Canva.

Prepare and maintain monthly team performance and activity reports.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and assist in team management tasks.

Conduct online teaching sessions in any subject or class level you are comfortable with.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth progress of ongoing projects.

Maintain documentation, project notes, and team database.

Actively participate in virtual meetings and assist with follow-up actions.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Creativity in poster and content designing (Canva skills preferred).

Time-management and multitasking capability.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
