As a General Executive Purchase with 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in sourcing materials, managing vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and services. - Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms. - Track and manage inventory, ensuring timely availability for projects. - Maintain accurate purchase records and report on procurement activities. - Collaborate with project teams to meet material needs and deadlines. - Ensure compliance with budget and company procurement policies. - Proficiency in computer knowledge and Excel is a must.
