Job Title: General Duty Assistant Trainer (GDA)

Qualifications Required:

• Educational Qualification:
• GNM/B.Sc Nursing or ANM (with experience)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years in hospital/healthcare or training experience.
• TOT (Training of Trainers):
• NSDC/SSC certified TOT is mandatory (Healthcare Sector Skill Council – HSSC)

*Job Summary:*

• Teach theoretical and practical modules related to:
• Patient hygiene
• Basic nursing care
• Vital signs monitoring
• Patient mobility and ambulation
• Infection control
• Emergency first aid
• Communication and patient interaction
• Train on using equipment like wheelchairs, stretchers, BP apparatus, etc.
• Demonstrate patient handling in simulated or real clinical environments.
• Develop trainees' communication, patience, empathy, and ethical behavior.
• Educate about patient rights, confidentiality, and dignity in care.
• Regularly assess trainees' learning.
• Prepare them for third-party assessments (SSC-based or QP-NOS).
• Maintain attendance, session plans, assessment records.
• Submit daily reports to the Centre Manager or MIS team.
• Coordinate hospital visits or On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Arrange guest lectures by practicing nurses or healthcare staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
