Role Description

full-time General Dentist

Your role will include:

• Diagnosing and treating dental conditions with precision and empathy.
• Performing routine dental procedures (cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals).
• Educating patients about preventive oral health.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring high-quality care.
• Staying updated with modern dental treatments and technologies.

• Conducting dental camps

  in the surrounding areas to spread awareness and provide care.
• Building strong connections by

  meeting influential people in the locality

  to organize and expand outreach programs.
• Representing the clinic as a professional, approachable, and trusted face in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Dentistry (BDS/MDS).
• Valid dental practice license.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and routine procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  — must be confident in interacting with patients as well as local leaders.
• Ability to independently organize and conduct dental camps.
• Patient-first mindset with ethical practice values.
• Experience preferred, but

  freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative are encouraged to apply
