Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time General Dentist at Sumukh Dental Care, located in Nasrullaganj, Dist. Sehore. Your role will involve a combination of clinical responsibilities and community outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnosing and treating dental conditions with precision and empathy. - Performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals. - Educating patients on preventive oral health practices. - Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring high-quality care delivery. - Keeping abreast of modern dental treatments and technologies. - Organizing and conducting dental camps in surrounding areas for awareness and care. - Establishing strong connections by engaging with influential individuals in the community to expand outreach programs. - Representing the clinic as a professional, approachable, and trusted entity in the community. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Dentistry (BDS/MDS). - Possession of a valid dental practice license. - Proficiency in clinical skills for diagnosis and routine dental procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in patient and community interactions. - Ability to independently plan and execute dental camps. - Commitment to a patient-first approach with ethical practice values. - Prior experience is preferred, although freshers with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are welcome to apply.,
