Role Description We are looking for a full-time General Dentist who can take on both clinical responsibilities and community outreach . Your role will include: Diagnosing and treating dental conditions with precision and empathy. Performing routine dental procedures (cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals). Educating patients about preventive oral health. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring high-quality care. Staying updated with modern dental treatments and technologies. Conducting dental camps in the surrounding areas to spread awareness and provide care. Building strong connections by meeting influential people in the locality to organize and expand outreach programs. Representing the clinic as a professional, approachable, and trusted face in the community. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Dentistry (BDS/MDS). Valid dental practice license. Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and routine procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must be confident in interacting with patients as well as local leaders. Ability to independently organize and conduct dental camps. Patient-first mindset with ethical practice values.
